Cost:

We have a single standard rate for computer work of $90 per hour. A typical ‘Block Of Time’ consists of (20) hours of pre-paid support & maintenance services, and each contract is specifically tailored to our customer's individual needs. You get a 20% discount off of the hourly rate if you buy one block. This lowers the hourly rate to $72 per hour or a savings of $18 per hour. One ‘Block Of Time’ Costs $1450.00.

Hours bought on the ‘Block Of Time’ plan can also be used to cover URGENT (6-hour response time) or mission-critical EMERGENCY (3-hour response time) support calls, along with Standard non-critical calls. Hours will be deducted from the ‘Block Of Time’ in relation to the response-time requested: Urgent responses are billed at time-and-a-half rates; Emergency responses are billed at double-time. Customers are not charged at the higher rate if the response-time is quicker than requested. The table below summarizes the Customer Support Agreement Hourly Rate Structure.

Hourly rates pricing applies to normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. Activities before 8:00 AM and after 4:00 PM, weekdays, will be billed at 1.5 hours per worked. Work performed on Saturday will be billed at double time; work performed on Sunday & Holidays will be billed at triple time. Each on-site service call will be assessed 0.5 hours of standard rate for trip charge.

There are no extra charges for telephone support or hardware work done at our shop.
